I already have a coach/mastermind - will this overlap?

This is designed to deepen and anchor the work you’re already doing. Soma Business gives you the nervous system capacity and somatic integration most masterminds and strategy containers don’t provide. It’s the missing foundation that helps you execute everything else more effectively.

What is the cancellation policy? Is there a minimum commitment?

Soma Business is a month-to-month membership with no minimum commitment. You can stay as long as it serves you and cancel anytime. Many women choose to stay for the long haul because the results compound as their capacity expands.

Will I get direct support from Amelia?

This is a self-paced experience with optional live Labs and a Telegram community to connect with other members. I always save some time for questions on the Live Labs, but they are teaching-style, not hot-seat coaching.
